MISSION STATEMENT

"As attorneys and counselors at law, we believe that to hold our clients' interests above all others must be our primary goal. If we are zealous in our representation, we will find ourselves serving not only our clients, but also ourselves.

    There are many forms of advertising; TV, Yellow Page full ads, etc.. We do not partake in large advertising campaigns.  The reason is that these costs must somehow be accounted for, and that means that clients end up paying for such advertising.  When you see the same attorneys on TV, billboards or full-page phone book ads, remember who is actually paying for these.  Also, a lot of large firms have senior partners and owners who don't practice law, but simply live off the profits.  You, as clients, pay the freight for these people, who are essentially excess baggage.

    My name is Edward DiCato, and my goal is to provide excellent legal services at reasonable prices that most people can afford.  I do this by cutting overhead costs (NOT QUALITY OF SERVICE!) wherever possible.  I work with associates who may or may not share the same Law Offices  I use.  All of us are skilled and experienced Attorneys  This allows you to receive the benefit of a pool of lawyers, as you might expect from a big firm, but without the extra overhead.  For example, you are not paying for Senior partners and a large full-time support staff. who collect large salaries for performing very little in the way of useful work.  By utilizing the latest technology, I am able to hire support staff on a part-time, as needed basis and therefore able to pass on these savings to  you.

    We are geared toward client service and satisfaction.  There is no excess baggage and large advertising budget to be accounted for.  We can afford to offer reasonable rates, and when you pay us by the hour, you get an accurate accounting of actual attorney time spent on your case.  We have found that our best source of business is return clients and word-of-mouth referrals.
