Unconscionable And Deceptive Consumer Sales Practices

Mr. DiCato Has been litigating consumer law cases for over twelve years in Akron, Ohio and surrounding cities in Summit County, Medina County, Portage County and Stark County. These cities include Akron, Canton, Barberton, Cuyahoga Falls, Medina, Wadsworth, Uniontown and several other small townships in the Akron-Canton, Ohio area. Clients are often surprised at their free initial consultation at the number of legal tools at both the State and Federal level that are available to bring justice and protect consumers from various tactics used to swindle them out of their hard earned money.
For all practical purposes, consumer protection started in Ohio during the 1970's with the enactment of the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act, which has been updated from time to time since it's original enactment.
